My group coaching programs are online and include weekly pre-recorded videos (45-60 minutes) that you can listen to or watch whenever works for you. A new video will be released each week, for 12 weeks after you begin the program.
The coaching programs include optional live online group coaching/Q and A that you are welcome to attend and participate in (or not, depending on your comfort level). The weekly live coaching helps apply the information to day to day living, and to your own unique life circumstances. These programs are a great way to get access to high quality coaching, guidance and a healing community for less cost than individual coaching. Or, my VIP coaching program option includes 4 individual coaching sessions as well as the online group program, combining the best of both worlds. This is a 3 month (12 week) online group program to help women end emotional eating for good and heal what started it in the first place. Transform your relationship with food and deepen your connection to your authentic self. Weekly pre-recorded videos about healing emotional eating (45-60 minutes). The videos delve into how we began supporting ourselves with food, and how to support ourselves in other ways so food becomes an easy non-issue. One video will be released each week and these videos can be watched at any time. Look below for weekly topics

Weekly live online group coaching/Q & A sessions to apply this information to your life. Live group coaching/Q &A will be held on Thursdays. The 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month: 10 am mountain time (noon east coast time) and on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month: 2pm mountain time (4pm east coast time). Times may be adjusted occasionally. Live coaching will NOT be recorded to protect the privacy of participants

Optional private Facebook group for online support, with direct access to Tristin and a community of like-minded people. I respond to Facebook questions within 24 hours so this is a great way to quickly get feedback and guidance

Most coaching sessions are online, but if you are local we could also meet in person, or for a walk-and-talk session.
